Terms and Conditions for Online Coaching Services

 

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the online coaching services provided by Sophie Elvari/Moyle.

By booking a session, you agree to comply with these terms.

 

Bookings

All bookings for coaching sessions are non-refundable.

Once a session is booked and payment is made, the fee is retained regardless of cancellation.

Any pre-purchased sessions must be completed within 6 months of purchase.

 

Rescheduling Policy

Clients may change their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled session without any penalty.

Changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur an additional 50% rebooking fee.

Extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen events, may be considered

for waiving the rebooking fee. Documentation may be required to support such claims.

 

Client Responsibility and Results

The ultimate results of the work done during coaching sessions are dependent on the client’s commitment, effort, and willingness to engage in the process. - While Sophie Elvari/Moyle serves as a guide and provides support, it is the client’s responsibility to actively participate, implement suggested strategies, and work towards fulfilling their personal goals and purpose. Results may vary based on individual circumstances and effort.

 

Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

Accepted payment methods will be specified during the booking process.

 

Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential and will not be

disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

 

Limitation of Liability

Sophie Elvari/Moyle will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or

consequential damages resulting from your use of the coaching services.

Amendments

Sophie Elvari/Moyle reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. By booking a coaching session,

you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
